“Of A Personal Nature”
Artist, educator, activist, and MICA alum (1973), Sant Khalsa will share her ideas and art (photographic, mixed media, and installation works), which develop from her life experiences and her inquiry into the nature of place and the complex environmental and societal issues present and visible in the landscape of the American West. Khalsa’s work has been shown widely and has been acquired by such prestigious museums as the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Nevada Museum of Art, Center for Creative Photography in Tucson, and UCR/California Museum of Photography in Riverside.
