The Baltimore Collegetown LeaderShape® program connects students across campuses and with their communities to make a better Baltimore. Designed for students who have a passion for service and want to be civic-minded leaders, it starts with a week of leadership development and is followed by programming and support throughout an academic year. Students not only develop visions, but learn to be visionary, and discover how to apply their skills and passions to our city.

Through our year-long civic leadership program, Collegetown LeaderShape, you’ll learn how you can create social change, and receive support as you develop projects, programs, and internships that make a difference, enhance your leadership skills, and deepen your connection with the inspiring community where you live and study.

Each campus recruits and selects Collegetown LeaderShape participants in a way that meets the needs of their campus.  Be sure to reach out to your Campus Liaison if you are interested in applying.  Interested students will need to complete an application by March 17, 2017 for Class Eight. Applications will open on January 15, 2017.
