Jim Burger presents his work at recent gallery reception

Jim Burger (MICA Photo alum) speaks at his gallery reception at Creative Alliance…

“BCFD Firefighter Jimmie Hayes 1981,” by Jim Burger

Jim Burger, MICA Photo alum, has been photographing in Baltimore for over 35 years, and just finished a huge retrospective exhibition featured at the Creative Alliance in Baltimore. Jim gave a gallery talk just before the show ended, and we wanted to share the talk with you. Jim is a funny, sharp-witted speaker with a gift for telling a good story. Here is Jim’s invitation to view his talk:

“This is my gallery talk from my retrospective. It’s about an hour. I tell the stories behind some of the photos, and at the end take questions from the audience. If you’d like to see it, go to WWW.BURGERPHOTO.COM  All the photos from the show are on the site, along with the price list – some framed photos are still available. Christmas is coming up, and Jim Burger photos make great stocking stuffers.”

Congratulations, Jim, on a lifetime of great photographs!
